1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) are small files or pieces of data that a website stores on your device to make it work, remember your preferences or measure its use.
2. How we use them
- Technical (strictly necessary): essential for the website and the booking system to work, and to remember your cookie choice. They do not require consent.
- Analytics: help us understand, in aggregate, how the website is used (Google Analytics 4). They are only activated if you accept them. Until then, Google Analytics runs in consent-denied mode (Google Consent Mode v2) and stores no analytics cookies on your device.
We do not use advertising or social media cookies.

4. How to accept, reject or change your choice
On your first visit you will see a banner to accept or reject analytics cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your mind at any time:
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge…). If you block technical cookies, the booking system may not work properly.
