Access to the Villa on the day of your arrival is via electronic keys. We will provide you with the necessary information to access the Villa on the day of your arrival at the agreed time. From there, you can enter the Villa at your own convenience. We will be available in case you need assistance.

Private parking for one car is available, and there is also plenty of free parking space available outside the house.

You have three options for swimming: a heated and luxurious private pool at the Villa, exclusively available to you, a larger pool for all guests in the complex, and a children’s pool for children 8 and under.

Yes. All rooms have A/C installed on them. 

Yes. The Villa has direct access to the beach and Paseo Marítimo in front of it. The beach is only 50 meters from the Villa. 

Our Villa is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood within a sprawling golf resort. It’s perfect for travelers who want to escape and relax. The neighborhood includes nearby shops and eateries that are easily accessible on foot, making it convenient for guests. Our Villa provides modern living conveniences and is an excellent place to stay if you’re in the mood for a cozy dinner under the stars or an indulgent shopping spree.

The Villa’s kitchen offers a wonderful array of amenities and appliances to ensure that your culinary experience is both enjoyable and practical. You will be delighted to know that we have included a full-sized oven that is perfect for baking those tasty treats or roasting your favorite meats to perfection. Additionally, our microwave is ideal for heating up leftovers or quickly cooking an easy meal. You will also find a spacious refrigerator that is equipped with a frozen compartment to store your perishables and keep your ice cream from melting. Finally, the induction cooktop provides a safe, efficient, and stylish way to cook your meals with precision and control. Rest assured that you will have all the tools you need to whip up a delicious feast in our well-appointed kitchen. There are also enough cutlery and dishwares for 6 guests.

One pet per group is permitted to stay at the Villa. It is important to keep in mind that pets must be leashed in common areas of the complex and are not allowed in the swimming pool. The Villa is fully fenced.

The villa is located within the Amarilla Golf complex, adjacent to the prestigious Golf del Sur, offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the iconic Teide volcano. Within close proximity, families can enjoy a memorable day at the world-renowned Siam Park, rated as the top water park globally. For exclusive shopping experiences, the Siam Mall features high-end stores, while the nearby San Blas commercial area boasts a selection of international restaurants and charming shops. If you’re looking for a nautical adventure, the Amarilla Marina offers a range of boat rentals and a variety of water sports activities, including an exciting submarine excursion. In addition, the Charco del Archiles is just a five-minute walk from the villa, where visitors can embark on a hike to the Montaña Amarilla Volcano, highlighting the beautiful scenery of the protected nature preserve.

Yes, the Villa swimming pool is heated all year round. The weather in the south of Tenerife is generally very mild and warm, so the pool is always open. 

The area around the Villa is extremely quiet, ensuring you will be able to rest at night, work during the day and enjoy the proximity of the sea. The villa is enclosed inside a private fully fenced and video surveilled community, in an area that  thus making It specially safe for solo travelers.

Unfortunately the Villa is not available for parties. Violation of this rule would result in immediate rental termination. 

Yes, the Villa has high-speed internet wifi via fiber, allowing for convenient and reliable speeds. Unlimited data and 24h availability. 

Yes. You can book Oceanview Villa Señorío de Nava in most international vacation rental sites, such as AirBnb, Booking, etc. You are invited to use the channel that suits you best. In fact you may find the link to those sites on the footer of this website. Please note that prices on our site will be different than on those sites (hint: much lower), as we do not have the infrastructure costs they do. The property you are renting is exactly the same, with the quality and attention you expect from us.     

This is a great question. You can send us a message via Airbnb/booking/etc site with a secret code (a word, a number, a phrase) and write to us on at email oceanview@villadenava.es,and ask us for the code! If we got the same message it must mean we are the same, right?
