Welcome to Oceanview Villa Señorío de Nava, a distinguished family business passionately run by Francisco de Ascanio. Established in the picturesque landscape of Amarilla Golf, in Tenerife, we are dedicated to offering an unparalleled vacation rental service that embodies luxury with a personal, family touch.

Since starting operations in 2022, our mission has been to provide our guests with an exceptional experience that exceeds expectations. Every detail of our service is crafted with the highest quality and attention, ensuring that your stay with us is memorable, relaxing, and truly unique.

Located in the serene and beautiful San Miguel de Abona, on the sunny south coast of Tenerife, in between two golf courses, Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur, Oceanview Villa Señorío de Nava stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence. Our dedication to creating a haven of luxury and tranquility is evident throughout the villa, offering the perfect escape for those seeking an indulgent and distinctive holiday experience.

The Villa is located inside a private and fully fenced complex, 50 meters in front of the sea, with direct access and unrestricted view of the sea, in the South of the island of Tenerife. The Villa has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed (180×200), and the other with a queen size bed (140×200) and two 90×200 individual beds. It has a maximum occupancy of 6 pax. Each bedroom has a full private bathroom and a private balcony overseeing the sea. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with traditional oven, microwave, induction cooktop, freezer, washing machine, etc. A private garage suitable for one vehicle is available for guests during their stay. The lower floor has access to three terraces overlooking the sea, a large solarium recently renovated (August 2024) made of luxury non-slipping ceramic tiles, a heated swimming pool, and a garden surrounding the house. A back patio provides access to the private garage.

The private complex is a quiet and luxurious place featuring a large community swimming pool and a children swimming pool.

The Villa is located between two golf courses, Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur, which are available to our guests offering affordable green fees. We provide basic right handed golf clubs to our guests, free of charge.      

The Villa is available for short stays of at least 4 days, and longer stays up to three months. Enquire below for other arrangements.
